Since it’s up to me to use my time wisely I need to make sure that I do make my minutes matter.
When I was in either fourth or fifth grade my class went on a field trip to the Slater Museum in Norwich Connecticut. I was amazed at the beautiful casts of famous artists like David, and Moses by Michelangelo. Somehow I knew at that tender age that art would somehow be my future. I’d always loved drawing. I’m sure my parents couldn’t provide enough paper for me. When I started high school I attended the Norwich Free Academy and went through their amazing art program. I couldn’t have been more blessed to have had such a rich training. I was able to start with drawing and discover that I really loved, especially watercolor painting and fine art printing. When I went on to college I studied graphic design at a small junior college in Idaho. Lots of life has happened since then. I’ve completed my BFA online and I work in an office doing graphic design work. I will highlight some of my logos and layouts here on this blog. Thanks for coming by! -Amanda
